What kind of virus you got?

Chances are they are comming from either 1. Internet Exploer's security hole 2. Outlook express security hole 3. P2P Network aka Kazaa

Now, you have a few options. 1. Get rid of your XP and use Linux as your OS. 2. Use alternative Internet browser client and alternative email client.

Until you can have enough commitment to do all that, you must follow the following 2 steps.

A. Get rid of your Norton Antivirus software

B. Use Trend Micro's online virus scan
